Why Corporate Membership?
TPSF corporate membership brings together corporate companies of different sectors and provides a perfect opportunity for constructive dialogue. Members under corporate category seek to discuss and champion, among other things, issues to do with business environment, investments including (public private partnership), policy reforms, regional integration and regulatory framework requisite for business growth.
In various ways corporate members will champion the development of private sector as an engine of economic growth and poverty reduction in Tanzania.
This might involve facilitation of an effective business dialogue with government organs, policy makers and other key stakeholders; it may also involve personalized facilitation so that corporate members can access local and international opportunities
and myriad of other exclusive benefits only accessible to the corporate category of members.
Corporate Membership Benefits
Opportunity to participate in the Tanzania National Business Council (TNBC). The TNBC meetings are chaired by H.E the President and the TPSF chairperson is his co-chairperson. Note that it is TPSF that nominates all the 20 private sector members in the TNBC.

This publication will be distributed in all Tanzania Embassies, including in-bound & out-bound high level trade missions and forums thus facilitating more business opportunities.

Corporate Membership Criteria
This is open to only private corporate bodies engaged in legally accepted private sector activities. In considering an institution’s application for corporate membership in TPSF, the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors will consider the following criteria for corporate membership include:
a) Incorporation
Be incorporated and doing lawful business in Tanzania.
b) Domicile, geographical and sectoral spread of business interest
Be a legally registered company or subsidiary or group member or local franchisee of a reputable foreign multinational.
c) Corporate Social Responsibility
Demonstrated Corporate Social Responsibility activities is desirable
Sub Categories of Corporate Members
Category A: Companies with minimum annual turnover of between US$ 2.0 and US$ 3.0 Million
Category B: Companies with between US$ 3.0 to US$ 5.0Million annual turnovers
Category C: Companies with more than annual turnover of US$ 5.0 Million
