Application Process for TPSF Memership
The following procedures must be followed for all membership applications of all categories:
Applications for TPSF membership will be accepted on an ongoing basis by filling the membership application forms dully signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the applying organization.
Letters of application must be on the headed notepaper of the Organization and must be signed by the Chief Executive Officer or other designated Official.
Dully filled applications forms must be accompanied by the registration plus membership fees of the applied for category. Unsuccessful applications will be refunded the application fees.
For those whose membership have been endorsed, acceptance letters and a copy of the membership certificate plus copies of TPSF latest news letters, annual report and a copy of the TPSF and Memorandum & Articles of Association will be sent to them.
The Application Must Be Accompanied With:-
- A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation
- A copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
- A list of the board members
- A copy of the most recent annual report
- A certified Board Resolution mandating the organization to join TPSF specifying the preferred category
TPSF reserves the right to admit members at its own discretion.
