U.S Shines Beacon of Hope to Tanzanian Private Sector

Dar es Salaam: The American attaché for the United States Embassy here in Tanzania, Ms. Patterson recently renewed hopes of more future collaborations between the American people and the Tanzania Private Sector.

On an official visit to the Tanzania Private Sector Foundation earlier this week, Ms. Patterson who is the Charge d’ Affaires at the Embassy of the United States reaffirmed the commitment of the American Government to continue supporting the Private Sector in the country. Tanzania’s private sector has always had a long and fruitful relationship with the United States.

On his part TPSF Executive Director Mr. Godfrey Simbeye was grateful for the support given by the United States in ensuring Tanzania’s implementation of the East Africa Common Market Protocol through USAID and East Africa Trade and Investment Hub.

Another continued avenue of collaboration between the two is through the Partnership Accountability Committee (PAC) which brings the government, development partners, private sector and other high level stakeholders together to discuss policy reforms in the agricultural sector.

This is the first time a dignitary of her stature visiting the Tanzania Private Sector Foundation TPSF.  TPSF is proud to collaborate with the united states on various projects and commends Ms. Patterson for visiting TPSF and reaffirming commitment to continue working with the Private Sector.
